[Process from order to delivery]
Once your order is confirmed, please send the hair to the address specified by our store.

②After checking the condition of the remaining hair, we will responsibly send it to the manufacturer.

3. Production begins at the manufacturer
*It usually takes about 1 to 2 weeks.

④ Once production is complete, the product will be shipped from the manufacturer within 3 business days.

⑤After inspection is completed, the product will be delivered.
*Items will arrive in about 2-3 weeks.

Delivery time is approximately 2 months.
Please note that delivery times will be longer during the Christmas and New Year holidays.

[How to care for the hair you will be using]
1. Comb the mane or tail you are using to remove any sawdust or tangles.
② Once it is completely dry, tie the hair together using a rubber band or hair tie, place it in a ziplock bag, seal it tightly, and send it to us.
*Please do not tie up the tail hair.
*During the production process, a special waterproof coating is applied to protect the fur from coming off, so please do not use shampoo, conditioner, or oil.

◯ Please make sure to send enough hair to cover the number of pieces required. Any hair that is left over after production will be returned to you together with the earrings.
○ Please do not use shampoo, conditioner or other hair care products on the remaining hair. This may result in the creation of the doll.
