We currently ship to **Singapore only**. For international shipping to other countries, please contact us directly.
### 2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within **1 to 2 business days** after confirmation.
### 3. Shipping Method & Fees
All Singapore orders are shipped via **EMS (Express Mail Service)** from Japan. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
### 4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is approximately **3 to 18 business days**, depending on customs processing and local delivery conditions.
### 5. Customs & Duties
Singapore imposes import duties and GST on orders exceeding **SGD 400** in total value.
All applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please also note that **customs clearance may take 1 to 3 business days**.
