Q: How much is the shipping fee?

A: Shipping is free for all items.

Q: How long will it take for the product to arrive after I place my order?

A: For back-ordered items, the delivery time is stated on each product page.

Once received and inspected, the item will usually arrive at your destination within 2-3 days.

Same-day delivery items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed .

Q: Can I get gift wrapping done? How much does it cost?

A: We offer free gift wrapping.

In addition to wrapping your gift in Lexia's original ribbon, we can also include a card like the one below.

Q: What packaging will it arrive in?

A: To make it easier for customers to dispose of the items themselves, we will use water-repellent delivery bags instead of cardboard.

We take the utmost care to prevent damage to the products and to avoid creases from folding, for example by inserting cushioning material.

Returns and size exchanges

Q: I ordered the wrong product. Can I cancel it?

A: Generally, we do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience. However, we may be able to accept cancellations immediately after placing an order, but before receiving the order confirmation email.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Q: The product I received has scratches or defects. What should I do?

A: We will exchange it.

Please contact us via inquiry or message. If you can attach a photo of the defective part, we can exchange it smoothly.

Q: The size of the product I received doesn't fit me, so I'd like to exchange it.

A: We offer free size exchanges.
