Regarding shipping dates for back-ordered items

Back-ordered items are items that are ordered from the manufacturer after your order is placed.

After placing an order with the manufacturer, we will inspect the product and ship it to you, usually within one business day after it arrives at our store.

Please refer to the delivery time indicated on each product page for the approximate number of days it will take from order to delivery.

Regarding shipping date for same-day delivery products

Same-day delivery items are items that will be shipped within one business day of your order being placed.

We can deliver your order as soon as the next day.

Shipping date

We usually ship from Monday to Sunday and on public holidays .

*Shipping may be delayed during bad weather, disasters, and during the New Year holidays.

Delivery times by region

The delivery times by region are as follows:

*Delivery will be from within Tokyo.
