Costume rental service for photo shoots

At the equestrian equipment store Lexia, we provide costume support for TV shoots, magazines, media representatives, and stylists.

When providing or lending costumes, please be sure to adhere to the following conditions.

Available items

Most of the products we carry in our store are available.
Even if an item is out of stock, it may be restocked, so please feel free to contact us.

*Since riding socks and gloves are hygienic products, we will only be able to buy them.
*If you purchase an item, we will charge you 30% of the retail price plus shipping.

Rental conditions

• Please credit the brand name "Equestrian Equipment Store Lexia."
  For web media, please include a link to the Lexia official website URL ( https://lexia.jp.net/ ).
• If the following two conditions are met, we will cover the shipping costs at the time of delivery.

1. You can provide us with a photo of you wearing the product, or you can post a photo of yourself wearing the product on your social media or blog.
   If possible, please introduce and tag us on your Instagram account.
2. 1 image can be posted on our website and social media.

We will respond flexibly to your requests and circumstances. Please feel free to contact us first.

Terms

• Please provide us with the following information in advance: "Content of use," "Material to be published," "Publishing date and time," and "Dates on which the information can be made public."
• If the rented item becomes excessively dirty or damaged, we will ask you to purchase it.

  The purchase price will be 30% of the store price plus shipping fee.

• Please check with relevant parties in advance regarding posting credits and providing/posting photos of the product being worn.
• If false information is provided in your application or you do not comply with the terms and conditions, we may refuse to provide costume support or rentals in future events.

Please contact us using the inquiry form below or by email (info@lexia.jp.net). We will contact you within 1-2 business days.
When contacting us, please include the following information:

1. Company name (in katakana):

3. Industry (stylist, hair stylist, model, etc.):
4. Inquiry details (wearer, featured item, broadcast date, etc.):
5. Desired costume (product number or URL):

Notes

• Costume cooperation is limited to professional people involved in photography, such as models, talents, announcers, production staff, and stylists.
• We do not lend the equipment to individuals for private use.
• You may be asked to present your business card or identification when using the service.
• We regret to inform you that we will decline any applications that contain false information or whose purpose of use is unclear.
• Please note that even in the case of a purchase, we may list the details of the costume support (the recipient) as our track record on the Lexia online shop and on social media.
