The mesh part is stretchy, so the belt keeps a snug fit without feeling too tight, even when bending over or leaning forward while riding.

A female staff member (height 158cm/weight 46kg) who normally wears size M found the size S to fit perfectly, but the size M was only a little loose even with the shortest hole.
