About back-ordered items
This page explains how to order back-ordered items. Please use it as a reference for your shopping.
What is a back-ordered item?
These are products that we do not have in stock and need to order from the manufacturer.

Delivery times are listed on each product page.
*Delivery times may be delayed due to bad weather, holiday seasons, or strikes by the manufacturer's airline.
Process from order to delivery
1. Order

2. We will confirm your order and place an order for the product (within one business day of your order) .
At that time, we will send you an email with the subject "Thank you for your order! [Equestrian Equipment Store Lexia]" so please check it.
*If you pay by convenience store or bank transfer, your order will be placed after we confirm your payment.

3. After the goods arrive, we inspect them.
We will send you a "product arrival notification" via your registered email address.

4. After shipment is complete, you will receive a "Product Shipment Completion Notification" We will contact you via your registered email address.
*If you have linked your LINE ID, you can receive shipping notifications via LINE.
Cancellation of your order
We do not generally accept cancellations due to customer convenience.
However, you may be able to cancel your order before it is placed.
Generally within 1 business day of ordering We will send you an email with the subject "Thank you for your order! [Equestrian Equipment Store Lexia]", so if you send this email, we will be able to accept your cancellation.
