We have decided to make some changes to our free size exchange service as follows:
What's changed
The shipping costs for delivery of replacement products , which we have previously covered, will now be borne by the customer and will be sent cash on delivery .
Therefore, customers will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
Please rest assured that there will be no other costs associated with size exchanges (such as exchange fees) as before.

Note
- Try-on at home only.
-Horse equipment is not included.
-We are unable to exchange the product for another one.
-If the product is dirty or damaged, we may not be able to accept an exchange.
- If the item still has tags attached, please return it with the tags intact.
- Please note that for back-ordered items, if the item is out of stock at the manufacturer, we cannot accept exchanges.
- Please note that if a back-order is required, delivery may take some time.
